SHIPPING

We ship one day per week - typically Wednesday. If you happen to need your buckle sooner, or by a certain date, please just let us know and we'll do our best. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, as it is a long way across oceans, and slow moving through customs. 
FOSTERWELD ASSUMES ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS LOST BY USPS.
Premium Shipping via FedEx or USPS Intl Priority can be arranged at your request and expense.

REFUNDS

We don't do refunds, since each order is custom made for you and we can't guarantee that we'd be able to sell it again. However, we do allow exchanges on belts within 30 days once you have the product in hand. In very special circumstances, we'll do an exchange for a buckle. If you are absolutely unsatisfied, Chris will work out a deal with you at his discretion.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to do an exchange, please ship the product in the original box with a prepaid shipping label back to you inside, or $5. 

CRAFTSMANSHIP

We use the best welding and distressing techniques to make everything in our shop. From our hand cut leather belts to our professionally welded buckles, each piece will be unique and carry the signature Fosterweld look.
